Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Method42 OS ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when coaches, clubs, athletes and parents use our app.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, password and role (coach, staff, athlete, parent, club).
• Athlete details entered by coaches or families: birth year, position, team, photos, emergency contacts and medical notes.
• Training and performance data: sessions, attendance, check-ins, drills, ratings, videos and coach feedback.
• Messages, announcements and RSVPs sent through the app.
• Recruiting & NIL add-on data: schools and teams, recruiting updates, brand deals, revenue-share records and recruiting profiles.
• Partner activity: which partner offers are viewed or tapped.
• Technical data: device, browser, push-notification tokens and basic usage logs.

Children's information

Many athletes are under 18. Accounts for children under 13 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian, or by a coach with the parent's consent. Parents can review, update or ask us to delete their child's information at any time. Recruiting profiles are private unless a family switches the public link on.

How we use information

• To run the app: scheduling, training plans, messaging, progress tracking and reminders.
• To show partner offers chosen by your coach or club, and to report anonymous tap counts to them.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To bill partners and, in future, process add-on payments.

Who can see your information

Your coach, club director and assigned staff coaches can see the athletes they coach. Teammates can see names, photos and player cards on their team. Partners never receive your personal information from us; you only share it if you contact them yourself. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, databases, push notifications, email and payments. They may only process data to provide services to us.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information while an account is active. Coaches can remove athletes and families can ask us to delete their account and data by contacting us.

Your choices

You can update your profile, turn off notifications, make your recruiting profile private and request a copy or deletion of your data.
