Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Method42 OS you agree to these terms. If you use Method42 OS on behalf of a club or business, you agree for that organisation.

Accounts

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe.
• Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission. Parents are responsible for their child's account.
• Coaches and clubs confirm they have permission to add athletes and their information.

Acceptable use

Don't harass others, post illegal or inappropriate content, share another person's private information, or try to break or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Coaches, clubs and sessions

Coaches and clubs are independent and responsible for their own training, safety, staff, pricing and refund rules. Method42 OS provides the software and is not a party to training agreements between coaches and families.

Partners

Partner offers are provided by independent businesses chosen by your coach or club. We don't endorse or guarantee partner services; any agreement is between you and the partner. Partners pay Method42 OS referral and listing fees.

Recruiting & NIL add-on

The Recruiting & NIL add-on is an organisational tool and educational resource. It is not legal, financial, tax or compliance advice and does not guarantee recruitment, scholarships, deals or payments. Athletes and families are responsible for following NCAA, state, school and association rules. Classroom content is general information.

Payments

Paid features and add-ons are billed as shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

Your content

You own the content you upload. You give us permission to store and display it to the people you share it with so we can run the service.

Disclaimers and liability

Method42 OS is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, injuries during training, or the actions of coaches, clubs, partners or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll let you know about important changes, and continuing to use the app means you accept them.
